🎯 What You'll Do

• Attend pre-bid meetings to understand project requirements
• Develop itemized cost estimates using Accubid and LiveCount
• Prepare RFIs to resolve bid document conflicts
• Coordinate with engineers on BIM layouts

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as an Electrical Construction Estimator
• Proficiency with Accubid Enterprise and LiveCount Plan Viewer
• Ability to read and comprehend specifications and trade drawings
• Knowledge of building codes and electrical requirements

✨ Nice to Have

• Residential and commercial estimating experience
• Experience with Bluebeam Revu
• Understanding of BIM coordination
