💼 About This Role

You'll serve as the primary technical owner for the Pigment FP&A platform and NetSuite ERP, architecting critical data flows between them. Your work will enable dynamic rolling forecasts and real-time data-driven decisions for executive leadership. This role is instrumental in reducing forecasting cycle times and improving accuracy across the finance ecosystem.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Architect and maintain data flows between Pigment and NetSuite.
• Design and implement advanced FP&A models in Pigment.
• Develop custom NetSuite integrations using SuiteScript.
• Build self-service dashboards for variance analysis.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on EPM platform administration (Pigment, Anaplan, etc.).
• 5+ years of NetSuite administration and operational support.
• Experience with SuiteScript (1.0/2.0) for custom integrations.
• Deep FP&A knowledge including driver-based budgeting and rolling forecasts.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience integrating BambooHR, ADP, or Lever.
• NetSuite Administrator or Pigment Model Builder certification.
• Experience in a SaaS or product-led organization.
