You'll build and strengthen relationships between referral sources and BAYADA, a leading home health care company. Your core impact will be educating hospital and facility leaders, managing referral intake, and coordinating transitions to home care. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Market and sell BAYADA services to referral sources and physicians
• Review clinical documentation to determine home care eligibility
• Coordinate with service office to set up ordered services
• Complete weekly referral log

📋 Requirements

• 1 year experience in healthcare, preferably home health
• Current license in good standing as RN, LPN, MSW, PT, or OT in Rhode Island
• Demonstrated knowledge of Medicare COPs and program requirements
• Strong interpersonal skills
