Requirements

  • 15+ years leadership in Professional Services or related post-sales in enterprise SaaS
  • Strategic and operational excellence managing project portfolios and P&L
  • Strong alignment mindset connecting department strategy to corporate goals
  • Deep experience in partner enablement and ecosystem development
  • Exceptional leadership and people development skills for a global distributed team

Responsibilities

  • Lead and scale global Professional Services and Support organization
  • Define and execute multi-year vision for Professional Services aligned with corporate strategy
  • Own PS P&L, forecasting, revenue and margin management, operational excellence
  • Oversee operational processes: sales support, SOW creation, change requests, invoicing
  • Champion customer and partner success, manage escalations and complex implementations
