As VP of Professional Services & Support, you will lead a global organization to drive customer success, partner enablement, and profitable revenue growth through AI-powered solutions. Own the P&L, define multi-year strategy, and collaborate across teams to scale delivery excellence.
Requirements
- 15+ years leadership in Professional Services or related post-sales in enterprise SaaS
- Strategic and operational excellence managing project portfolios and P&L
- Strong alignment mindset connecting department strategy to corporate goals
- Deep experience in partner enablement and ecosystem development
- Exceptional leadership and people development skills for a global distributed team
Responsibilities
- Lead and scale global Professional Services and Support organization
- Define and execute multi-year vision for Professional Services aligned with corporate strategy
- Own PS P&L, forecasting, revenue and margin management, operational excellence
- Oversee operational processes: sales support, SOW creation, change requests, invoicing
- Champion customer and partner success, manage escalations and complex implementations
