Description

As a Pipeline Programs Analyst at Samsara, you will drive data-driven strategies for pipeline generation and revenue growth through deep-dive analysis and actionable insights. You'll partner with Program Managers and Sales Leaders to optimize program performance, design executive summaries, and own Salesforce dashboards to inform key business decisions.

Requirements

• 3+ years Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Business Analyst experience in high-growth SaaS
• Advanced Salesforce reporting and dashboarding
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills (Pivot tables, complex formulas)
• Understanding of Lead-to-Renewal lifecycle, pipeline coverage ratios, and sales development motions

Responsibilities

• Analyze pipeline program health, establish targets, and forecast coverage
• Build propensity-to-buy lists for global sales blitzes and provide post-event analysis
• Provide ad-hoc insights on campaign performance and regional trends
• Own Salesforce dashboards, ensuring data integrity and accessibility
• Design QBR decks and weekly executive summaries explaining the 'why' behind the numbers
