🎯 What You'll Do

• Process release of information (ROI) requests for medical records
• Maintain confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations
• Manage patient health records and prepare new patient charts
• Handle incoming calls and assist with patient walk-ins

📋 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Basic computer proficiency including Microsoft Office
• Ability to commute between locations as needed
• Professional verbal and written communication skills in English

• Knowledge of HIPAA and medical terminology
• Experience with EHR and billing systems
• Previous production/metric-based work experience
