💼 About This Role

You'll design and build internal tools for a Customer Insights and Adoption team at Contentful, turning ambiguous workflows into useful systems. Your core impact will be improving how Customer Experience, Sales, and Partner teams operate daily through high-leverage internal products.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and evolve internal tools for Customer Experience teams
• Build production-quality front-end and back-end code
• Lead prototyping and operationalization of internal solutions
• Implement web crawlers, structured extraction, and data-ingestion patterns

📋 Requirements

• 7–10 years building and operating production web applications
• Hands-on expertise with TypeScript, React, and Next.js
• Back-end experience with Node.js and TypeScript
• Experience with Contentful or similar API-first CMS

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with AI-assisted workflows
• Familiarity with serverless or containerized services
• Knowledge of observability practices across logs, metrics, traces
