💼 About This Role

You'll launch and grow a community of AI Process Engineers to transform frontline manufacturing operations. Your efforts will directly impact training thousands of practitioners and shape Tulip's product and curriculum. You'll travel regularly to factory floors and events, building relationships that turn a campaign into a lasting movement.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build authentic relationships with manufacturing leaders and engineers.
• Design and execute community growth strategy.
• Gather feedback from events to improve training labs.
• Host live workshops at industry and virtual events.
• Drive promotion strategy for the AI Process Engineers program.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of content and community-building experience.
• Deep familiarity with manufacturing or industrial technology.
• Proven experience building and managing communities.
• Comfort hosting live events and speaking publicly.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with AI, digital manufacturing, or industrial software.
• Background in field marketing or developer advocacy.
• On-camera experience (video, podcasts, livestreams).
