💼 About This Role

You'll work with students with Autism and IDDs in a Kauai school setting, implementing ABA therapy and behavior plans. You'll help students build skills and independence in their daily routine. Collaborate with teachers and document progress to make a lasting impact.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Implement behavior therapy techniques in the classroom
• Collect behavior data as specified in client behavior plan
• Document interventions and progress towards goals
• Provide training and instruction to help students acquire skills

📋 Requirements

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or willingness to obtain
• At least 18 years of age
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree OR 48 college credits including Math 100 and English 100 OR ParaPro Praxis
• Experience with children with developmental/intellectual disabilities preferred but not required
