You'll manage a portfolio of enterprise customers in the payment/crypto industry, driving upsell and renewal revenue. You'll build strategic account plans and negotiate terms to achieve >100% net retention. This role offers hybrid working and annual L&D budget.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders in your account base
  • Fully manage customers from onboarding to renewal and expansion
  • Analyze utilization data and proactively mitigate renewal risk
  • Develop net new business through upsell and cross-sell opportunities

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 5+ years account management experience selling SaaS solutions
  • Payments and/or crypto experience
  • Familiarity with compliance workflows
  • Track record of quota overachievement (top 10% performer)

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Understanding of AML/KYC and forensics space
  • Experience selling SaaS to Financial Services
  • Interest in digital assets and crypto economy
