๐ผ About This Role
You'll manage a portfolio of enterprise customers in the payment/crypto industry, driving upsell and renewal revenue. You'll build strategic account plans and negotiate terms to achieve >100% net retention. This role offers hybrid working and annual L&D budget.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders in your account base
- Fully manage customers from onboarding to renewal and expansion
- Analyze utilization data and proactively mitigate renewal risk
- Develop net new business through upsell and cross-sell opportunities
๐ Requirements
- 5+ years account management experience selling SaaS solutions
- Payments and/or crypto experience
- Familiarity with compliance workflows
- Track record of quota overachievement (top 10% performer)
โจ Nice to Have
- Understanding of AML/KYC and forensics space
- Experience selling SaaS to Financial Services
- Interest in digital assets and crypto economy
