💼 About This Role

You'll support the store leadership team in providing the best customer experience and using your fandom knowledge to train new recruits. You'll help drive sales and meet targets while ensuring an amazing shopping experience for fans. This role combines leadership support with hands-on operations in a pop-culture driven environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage customer return
• Step in and cover sales floor when manager is pulled away
• Open and close the store, including register and sales transactions
• Assist with planogram changes and store merchandising

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to navigate store and merchandise products weighing up to 50 pounds
