💼 About This Role

You'll drive AI adoption and impact across business teams by building intelligent workflows and internal tools. You'll partner with GTM, Post-Sales, Product, and Engineering to shape Assort into an AI-first company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own a prioritized AI roadmap sourced from department needs and leadership priorities
• Design and ship AI-powered workflows and internal tools from concept to production
• Define agent and skill lifecycle and foundational assets like prompt libraries
• Administer platform tools and bring in new tooling where capability gaps exist

📋 Requirements

• 4-6 years of applicable experience in AI operations, technical revops/bizops, or similar
• At least 2 years focused on AI/automation tooling in a fast-moving company
• Proven track record shipping AI-powered workflows end-to-end still running in production
• Hands-on proficiency with LLM APIs (Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT) and workflow platforms (n8n, Zapier)

• Experience running cross-functional programs with non-technical stakeholders
• Sharp prioritization instincts managing a roadmap with more demand than capacity
