Description

You will be a frontline ambassador for Colla Health, educating and enrolling patients into our behavioral health services. You'll conduct outbound calls and digital outreach, manage inbound calls, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure patients receive appropriate care.

Requirements

• Outcome-driven with high empathy and customer service orientation
• Demonstrated success in high-volume outbound calling, preferably enrollment
• Experienced with remote work
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls (~50/day) and digital outreach to patients
• Manage inbound calls from potential patients
• Achieve member enrollment goals per KPIs
• Document interactions and maintain accurate records
• Collaborate with healthcare providers and stakeholders
