Description

You will own day-to-day partnership operations with Chime's network partners, optimize network performance, and drive strategic initiatives across product, risk, engineering, and finance. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution, collaborating with senior leaders internally and externally to influence product direction and ensure seamless delivery from concept to launch.

Requirements

• 3-7 years of experience in fintech, payments, or financial services
• At least 2+ years of prior experience at a top 3 consulting firm (financial services, tech, or retail preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and deliver results in fast-paced, high-growth environments
• Comfortable with ambiguity and energized by solving complex problems

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day engagement with network partners, driving execution against key strategic initiatives
• Lead cross-functional efforts across Product, Engineering, Risk, Finance, and Legal to deliver partner integrations and launches
• Relentlessly pursue high-impact opportunities, driving impact from ideation and discovery to P&L
• Translate partner insights and industry trends into product and strategy recommendations
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive alignment and unblock execution
