You'll own a portfolio of SMB customers, driving satisfaction, retention, and expansion for Perk's travel and spend platform. You'll build strategic partnerships and maximize platform value through consultative growth and data-driven QBRs.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Own a portfolio of top SMB customers
  • Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews with actionable insights
  • Identify upsell and expansion opportunities
  • Act as a bridge between Sales, Product, and Support

📋 Requirements

  • 3+ years in B2B Account Management or Customer Success
  • Proven track record of hitting retention and expansion targets
  • Exceptional presentation skills translating complex data

✨ Nice to Have

  • SaaS experience preferred
  • Additional European languages are a significant advantage
