You'll own a portfolio of SMB customers, driving satisfaction, retention, and expansion for Perk's travel and spend platform. You'll build strategic partnerships and maximize platform value through consultative growth and data-driven QBRs.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Own a portfolio of top SMB customers
- Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews with actionable insights
- Identify upsell and expansion opportunities
- Act as a bridge between Sales, Product, and Support
📋 Requirements
- 3+ years in B2B Account Management or Customer Success
- Proven track record of hitting retention and expansion targets
- Exceptional presentation skills translating complex data
✨ Nice to Have
- SaaS experience preferred
- Additional European languages are a significant advantage
