Description

You will work with Axiom's clients across diverse industries, handling technology-related contracts and providing legal counsel on IP, data privacy, and AI regulations. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and mitigate risk in technology transactions.

Requirements

• At least 2 years post-qualification experience supporting technology transactions in a law firm or in-house.
• Strong understanding of IP laws, data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, EU AI Act), and technology-related regulations.
• Experience with technology companies or in-house legal teams, preferably in software/SaaS industry.

Responsibilities

• Draft, negotiate, and review technology contracts including software licensing, development, and SaaS agreements.
• Provide legal counsel on intellectual property, data privacy, and regulatory compliance for product development and digital products.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders on legal compliance and risk mitigation.
• Monitor emerging AI regulations and advise clients on legal implications of integrating AI into technology solutions.
