🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain QA frameworks and scorecards for VAs
• Conduct regular audits of VA tasks, communications, and SOP compliance
• Provide coaching and feedback to virtual assistants
• Prepare QA reports and dashboards for stakeholders

📋 Requirements

• Proven experience in quality assurance in a BPO or VA environment
• Strong leadership and coaching skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Experience with QA frameworks, scorecards, and reporting tools
