• Conduct outpatient therapy sessions with adult and child/adolescent populations
• Manage your own caseload and schedule autonomously
• Provide hybrid care via telemedicine and in-person visits

📋 Requirements

• Fully licensed as an LCSW in Indiana
• Experience working with adult and/or child and adolescent populations
• Ability to work in a hybrid model (telemedicine & in-person)
