💼 About This Role

You'll deliver vehicles directly to customers using custom car haulers as part of Carvana's fast-growing team. You'll build happiness through the car-buying process by completing paperwork and inspecting vehicles. This role offers performance-based pay increases and fast-track advancement every 90 days.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver vehicles to customers' doors using custom car haulers
• Load and unload vehicles onto the hauler
• Complete customer paperwork and track in system
• Inspect car-hauler for safe operation

📋 Requirements

• At least 2 years of customer-facing experience
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks (lift up to 50 lbs, stand 8+ hours)
• Must obtain a Notary within 90 days (company-sponsored)
• Maintain a clean driving record per CMV policy

• Experience with vehicle delivery or logistics
• Chauffeur's license (for certain states)
