💼 About This Role

You'll define and execute a provider network development strategy for West Coast markets, driving top-of-funnel outreach and contracting. Your core impact will be scaling Waymark's network and selling its predictive analytics platform Signal to support Medicaid patients. This role blends provider business development (80%) with technology sales (20%) in a mission-driven environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Drive provider outreach, engagement, and pipeline management for West Coast expansion.
  • Lead full-cycle sales of Signal predictive analytics platform to providers.
  • Develop and execute market-specific outreach and contracting plans with health plan partners.
  • Collaborate with Legal, Operations, and Implementation to execute provider agreements and onboarding.

📋 Requirements

  • 10+ years experience building high-performing provider networks.
  • Extensive experience selling enterprise SaaS or digital health solutions.
  • Existing relationships with large provider systems and Medicaid provider community.
  • Strong understanding of value-based care models and Medicaid market dynamics.

  • Experience using a CRM to manage provider outreach.
  • Knowledge of primary care practice types like FQHCs and IPAs.
  • Managed care experience, Medicaid preferred.
