Description

You will work on a Gates Foundation-funded project to identify small-molecule drugs targeting HPV-driven cancers. You'll build and iterate on ML models, explore molecular representations and structure-activity relationships, and drive compound design from data to decision.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in or recently completed BS or MS in quantitative field
• Proficient in Python (pandas, numpy, scikit-learn)
• Experience building or training ML models on real datasets
• At least one substantive research experience driving a project
• Familiarity with version control (git) and shared codebases
