💼 About This Role

You'll drive new business growth for Fresha's AI-powered beauty and wellness platform. Your core impact will be consistently achieving sales targets and managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to close. This role offers autonomy in a fast-paced, global environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Call key decision-makers using phone, email, and social touches.
  • Present and sell products through demos to prospective partners.
  • Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to close.
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis with potential partners.

📋 Requirements

  • 1-2 years of solid B2B sales with a track record of success.
  • Fluency in Croatian and English.
  • Experience with SaaS, online marketplaces, or payment platforms.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively.

  • Fluency in another language is a bonus.
  • Experience in beauty and wellness industry.
