You'll embed with our Customer Success organization, using data and analytics to drive adoption and engagement of business products like ChatGPT Team, Enterprise, and API. You'll establish key metrics, run experiments, and uncover insights to optimize the customer lifecycle. This role is based in San Francisco with a hybrid work model and offers relocation assistance.

🎯 What You'll Do

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years experience in Data Science roles
• Expertise in causal inference and experimentation
• Proficiency in Python and R
• Expertise in SQL and ETL workflows

• Experience with Mode, Tableau, or Looker
• Background in GTM areas like Sales, Marketing, or Finance
