💼 About This Role

You'll provide 1:1 behavioral therapy to children with autism using evidence-based techniques. You'll implement treatment plans from BCBAs and track progress in our data system. MeBe offers paid training and mentoring to launch your career.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Teach behavioral, social, and communication skills in 1:1 sessions
• Follow treatment plans and report progress to BCBAs
• Record session data in Central Reach using a tablet
• Assist with lunch, bathroom breaks, and diaper changing

📋 Requirements

• Consistent availability Monday to Friday
• At least 18 years old with a valid driver's license
• High school diploma or equivalent
• CPR/BLS certification before working with clients

✨ Nice to Have

• RBT certification or obtain within 45 days
• Background in child care (teaching, babysitting, counseling)
• First Aid and CPR training
