💼 About This Role

You'll serve as Product Owner for a large-scale modernization initiative of a mission-critical enterprise booking platform in the hospitality industry. Your work will directly improve operational resilience and revenue performance while adopting an AI-enabled, documentation-driven engineering model.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and prioritize product roadmap and backlog aligned to business goals
• Lead business process and booking flow optimization across complex systems
• Participate in SAFe Agile ceremonies including quarterly PI planning
• Communicate roadmap, priorities, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders

📋 Requirements

• Product Owner experience on large-scale enterprise technology initiatives
• SAFe Agile experience with Program Increment planning
• Strong understanding of modern platform architectures, APIs, and distributed systems
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business value

• Experience in hospitality or booking platforms
• Experience with AI-enabled delivery models
• Experience managing offshore/hybrid teams
