You'll lead global scientific communications strategy for a late-stage oncology company preparing for its first commercial launch. You'll drive publication planning, congress strategy, and cross-functional alignment to amplify scientific presence. This role offers the opportunity to build and mentor a high-impact team shaping medical narratives for RAS-addicted cancers.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead global publication plans and ensure compliance with GPP and ICMJE guidelines
• Develop and maintain scientific narrative and core messaging for pipeline programs
• Drive scientific congress strategy including symposia, abstracts, and presentations
• Implement change management to enhance internal publication best practices

📋 Requirements

• Advanced scientific degree (PhD, PharmD, MD) required
• 15+ years in Medical Affairs/Communications within biotech/pharma
• Experience leading publication strategy and medical education initiatives
• Deep understanding of industry guidelines (ACCME, PhRMA, FDA, etc.)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in precision oncology and targeted therapies
• Leadership in launch planning and medical communications strategy
• Expertise with digital tools for medical communication
