Description

You will shape the technical direction of multiple teams, designing and evolving large-scale distributed systems that serve millions of customers. You'll work with microservices, Kafka, AWS, and functional programming, mentoring engineers and collaborating with product and design leaders to build end-to-end experiences.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience developing digital products in complex environments
• Deep expertise in distributed systems, microservices architecture, and cloud technologies
• Experience with functional programming and hexagonal architecture
• Strong collaboration skills with Product, Design, and Engineering leaders
• Proficiency in observability, performance monitoring, and error handling

Responsibilities

• Set technical direction for multiple teams, ensuring alignment with business and architecture strategies
• Drive pragmatic innovation for resilient, secure, and scalable solutions
• Mentor engineers and maintain a high technical bar
• Write, test, and maintain high-quality code; pair and participate in code reviews
• Participate in on-call rotations and incident response
