You'll lead technical solutions for Mainspring's Linear Generator, a revolutionary power generation technology. Your work will directly support commercial, industrial, and utility customers in deploying flexible, low-emission power for EV charging, data centers, and grid-scale operations. This role offers the opportunity to shape cutting-edge energy solutions within a fast-growing company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop system architecture, preliminary designs, and cost estimates
• Produce complete and timely proposal packages for multiple projects
• Support customer meetings and site walks as technical subject matter expert
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Project Management teams

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Systems, or Energy Engineering
• 7+ years in sales engineering, applications engineering, or FEED within power systems
• Knowledge of electrical power systems, inverters, protection relays, and grid integration
• Willingness to travel nationally approximately 25%

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in distributed energy, solar, batteries, fuel cells, or microgrids
• Understanding of standard electrical drawings like one-lines and schematics
