You'll manage the end-to-end renewal process for customer contracts within your assigned territory at Braze, a leading customer engagement platform. Your core impact will be driving operational efficiency, maintaining data integrity, and collaborating across teams to maximize revenue retention. This role offers the opportunity to work with a sharp, passionate team in a hybrid London setting.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Lead internal renewal projects, building account strategies and pricing proposals.
- Manage quoting and Order Form processes for timely, accurate contract execution.
- Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to identify risks and growth opportunities.
- Build reports to track renewal revenue, retention rates, and customer health.
๐ Requirements
- Background in Sales, Operations, or Customer Success.
- Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills with accountability.
- Analytical skills and commercial awareness.
- Experience working with Salesforce CRM.
