• Supervise a team of Payroll Specialists
• Process payroll tax payments via EFTPS and state systems
• Prepare and reconcile payroll journals and tax liabilities
• Maintain full-service payroll functions for 250+ clients

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of related payroll experience
• Knowledge of multi-state tax laws
• Proficiency in payroll software and Excel/Word
• Understanding of payroll, finance, and accounting practices

• Experience with state sales tax and personal property tax filings
• Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) certification
