Description

You will work directly with the Director of Platform Engineering to build new user-facing features and scale the core Kizen platform. You'll craft elegant, reliable code, write tests, and ensure the platform meets growing user needs, while collaborating with product and frontend teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 7+ years professional development experience (Python preferred)
• 2+ years developing on Django
• 2+ years with enterprise-scale PostgreSQL implementations
• Experience deploying and optimizing cloud-hosted applications (AWS, Kubernetes preferred)

Responsibilities

• Work with Engineering leaders to build scalable, maintainable software
• Partner with product team to design features and assess implementation
• Ensure backend tickets enable frontend team
• Craft elegant, reliable, scalable code and write tests
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with short and long-term plans
