Description

You will oversee clinical agreements, budgets, and payment processes, leading a team of Budget Contract Managers and Analysts. You'll work closely with clinical study leads, legal, finance, and external stakeholders to drive process improvements and ensure timely, compliant contract execution and site payments.

Requirements

• BS or higher in related major or equivalent industry experience
• 8+ years managing clinical site budgets and contracts
• Working knowledge of ICH Good Clinical Practice guidelines
• Direct line management experience
• Excellent planning, organizational, and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical agreements, budgets, and payment processes

• Analyze Fair Market Value (FMV) for budget development and negotiation
• Track contract and budget activity reports and provide status updates
