Requirements

• 4+ years provider operations experience in payer setting
• Experience with NCQA, CMS, NUCC requirements
• 3+ years using data software (Google platforms, SQL, or other analytics tools)
• 3+ years end-to-end project management
• 3+ years designing workflows and operational procedures

• Model continuous improvement mindset and demonstrate organizational behavior change
• Implement Continuous Improvement Tools aligned to industry standards
• Partner cross-functionally to drive core operational improvements
• Utilize programmatic frameworks and adjust approach based on measured outcomes
