You'll lead field marketing programs and events for Ramp's West region, driving pipeline and awareness through bespoke executive dinners and regional roadshows. Your work directly accelerates net-new sales leads and deepens customer relationships.

• Develop and execute field marketing strategy for West territory.
• Manage end-to-end event logistics and post-event analysis.
• Partner with Sales to align event goals and targeting.
• Track lead generation and pipeline targets for your territory.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years experience accelerating sales pipeline through events or programs.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Project management and organizational skills.
• Business acumen with focus on quantitative goals.
