Description

You will support project coordination by analyzing data, generating reports, and providing insights to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Your work helps drive continuous improvement and informed decision-making for complex defence AI projects.

Requirements

• Initial experience in project support, controls, or admin with financial/analytical component
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with project management software a plus
• Completed commercial training or Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, Business Admin, Data Analytics, or related field
• Solid understanding of project scheduling, budgeting, and risk management principles

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze project data on progress, schedules, and budgets
• Track expenses, assist with budget reconciliation, and identify variances
• Prepare financial and project status reports with variance analysis and forecasts
• Identify and analyze trends in risks and opportunities, contribute to mitigation strategies
• Build and maintain project steering dashboards tracking cost, schedule, and resource KPIs
