💼 About This Role

You'll guide 5-night overnight expeditions for kids in California, co-leading activities like backpacking, kayaking, and mountain biking. Your role ensures safety and comfort while fostering outdoor skills and confidence. You'll also transport campers and model positive behaviors.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Guide a 5-night overnight experience from Sunday to Friday weekly.
• Provide 24-hour support for participants during all activities.
• Co-lead daily outdoor programming including backpacking, mountain biking, and kayaking.
• Transport up to 13 campers in company passenger vans.

📋 Requirements

• 1+ years of experience leading kids on multi-day camping trips
• Active CPR certification by start of training
• Wilderness First Responder or Wilderness First Aid certification
• Must be at least 20 years old for driver positions

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in specialty outdoor sports like climbing or whitewater paddling
• Certifications in outdoor skills eligible for bonuses
