Your mission is to establish workflows, performance standards, and revenue growth across the US market.

Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day operations and scaling of a new sales team, establishing workflows and ensuring consistent execution
- Execute sales plans and campaigns to drive revenue growth for roadside assistance applications and services
- Monitor KPIs and daily activity metrics, track pipeline, and ensure monthly/quarterly targets are met
- Implement training and development programs to accelerate onboarding and improve sales skills
- Support high-stakes client negotiations and collaborate with Product, Operations, and Marketing
