You will lead and scale a newly formed sales team focused on roadside technology and call center solutions, spending up to 75% of your time in the field to drive execution, coach your team, and close high-stakes deals. Your mission is to establish workflows, performance standards, and revenue growth across the US market.

Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day operations and scaling of a new sales team, establishing workflows and ensuring consistent execution
  • Execute sales plans and campaigns to drive revenue growth for roadside assistance applications and services
  • Monitor KPIs and daily activity metrics, track pipeline, and ensure monthly/quarterly targets are met
  • Implement training and development programs to accelerate onboarding and improve sales skills
  • Support high-stakes client negotiations and collaborate with Product, Operations, and Marketing
