💼 About This Role

You'll own the entire manufacturing value-chain for Anduril's Roadrunner counter-UAS interceptor, scaling from current rate to high-volume production. Your core impact will be driving design for manufacturability and optimizing high-rate production lines at our new hyperscale facility. This role includes a 3-month training program in Costa Mesa with provided housing and transportation.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Execute manufacturing from prototyping through full-scale production.
• Drive design for manufacturability with design engineers.
• Own MBOMs, work instructions, and documentation for scale.
• Analyze metrics for cost reduction and quality improvement.

📋 Requirements

• Degree in a technical field (engineering, math, hard science).
• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing or design of electromechanical hardware.
• U.S. Citizen required.
• Willingness to travel and relocate for 3-month training.

• Exposure to aircraft or aerospace defense technologies.
• Software scripting experience.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher.
