💼 About This Role

You'll support store leadership in delivering an amazing shopping experience for pop culture fans, using your fandom knowledge to train new recruits. You'll step up on the sales floor and help meet sales targets while ensuring smooth daily operations and a positive customer experience. This role offers a chance to combine retail leadership with philanthropy through BoxLunch's meal donation program.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Cover the sales floor and provide leadership support when manager is away
• Open and close the store as needed
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales using BOPIS and curbside pickup
• Assist with planogram changes including store map, wall, fixture, and merchandising mix

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
