💼 About This Role

You'll lead the technical onboarding and implementation of Bug Bounty, Vulnerability Disclosure, and Pentest programs for customers. You'll act as a trusted advisor, ensuring successful program launches and ongoing adoption. This role offers the chance to work with a leading crowdsourced security platform in a 100% remote environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead technical onboarding and configuration of security programs for customers.
• Conduct kickoff meetings, walkthroughs, and regular program reviews.
• Act as technical point of contact during program launches.
• Collaborate with Customer Experience Managers and sales teams.
• Manage program timelines and proactively mitigate delays.

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years experience in a customer-facing technical role.
• Knowledge of pentest and bug-bounty methodologies.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
