As a Staff Product Manager on the AI team at Oscar Health, you will drive complex product initiatives with strategic impact, partnering with engineering, data, and design to define the vision and roadmap for AI-enabled workflows. You will mentor peers, influence product practices, and directly shape the future of AI in healthcare.

Requirements

• 7+ years of Product Management experience
• 1+ years of Product Management in AI or healthcare
• Experience building net new product 0-1
• Experience developing AI/ML features (strongly preferred)
• SQL skills (strongly preferred)

Responsibilities

• Define vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI tech components and workflows
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to align strategy and roadmap
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product leadership on resource trade-offs
• Provide recommendations for product enhancements and new product development
• Develop operating models for new products
