💼 About This Role

You'll own and evolve MoonPay's Workday ecosystem across operations and technical improvements, building integrations and automation. You'll drive system optimisation and process automation to support business scaling.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own day-to-day Workday HCM operations and issue resolution.
• Design, build, and maintain Workday integrations with other systems.
• Configure and optimise Workday modules for evolving business needs.
• Partner with HR, Finance, IT, and Engineering to deliver scalable solutions.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on Workday experience across configuration and integrations.
• Experience across multiple Workday modules: Core HCM, Reporting, Advanced Compensation, Talent & Performance, Time Tracking, and Learning.
• Strong experience with Workday integrations (APIs, EIBs, Workday Studio or similar).
• Comfort owning both system operations and technical improvements end-to-end.

✨ Nice to Have

• Ability to troubleshoot complex system or data issues independently.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and translate business needs into system solutions.
