Requirements

• 2-3+ years full-time sales experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred
• Experience with Payroll and Accounting
• CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot)
• Proven ability to develop strong customer relationships

Responsibilities

• Use consultative selling to address Pros' challenges and objectives
• Drive complete sales cycle from booking to closure
• Build trust and deeper connections with Pros
• Maintain daily activity metrics, balancing calls and demos
• Mentor junior team members and share best practices
