Description

As a Workday Certified Benefits Consultant, you will architect, configure, and test the Workday HCM solution with a focus on benefits to meet client needs. You'll lead deployment teams, mentor consultants, and ensure successful client adoption of Workday best practices.

Requirements

• Current Workday Partner Benefits Certification
• 2-4+ years of Workday configuration and implementation experience
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Previous consulting experience with a consulting/software company
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Provide expertise in Workday HCM with deep focus on US Benefits
• Lead deployment teams to gather requirements, design, configure, test, and demonstrate Workday solutions
• Assist in converting legacy data and configuring integrations
• Mentor new consultants and coach on product knowledge
• Maintain Workday certifications and provide status reports to project managers
