You'll deliver quality hair color services and excellent guest care at a Madison Reed Hair Color Bar. Your core impact is helping guests find their best color and executing services with perfection. This role stands out with its focus on fostering a confident, friendly environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide consultations and all menu services to guest satisfaction.
• Contribute to monthly sales goals and key performance indicators.
• Maintain cleanliness, merchandising, and inventory standards.
• Support training and development of Assistant Colorists.

📋 Requirements

• Active cosmetology license in the state of application.
• 1+ year of colorist experience behind the chair.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable operating point of sale systems.

• Experience in a fast-paced retail or salon environment.
• Fluency in English.
