💼 About This Role

You'll repair dents on steel and aluminum vehicle panels using glue-pulling techniques in one of our high-tech Inspection Centers. You'll access panels and fix smaller-sized dents, contributing to Carvana's mission of delivering first-rate cars. This role offers a $4,000 bonus and 100% company-paid healthcare.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Access panels and perform paintless dent repair.
• Use glue-pulling techniques on various dent sizes.
• Repair both steel and aluminum vehicle panels.
• Operate tools and equipment in a production environment.

📋 Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of professional automotive PDR experience.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently.
• Valid driver's license and at least 18 years old.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
