Description

You will support EMEA Deal Desk operations by structuring and processing SaaS offers, ensuring compliance and accurate quoting. You'll partner with Sales, Finance, and Legal to deliver efficient deal execution while driving process improvements.

Requirements

• 3-5 years experience in Deal Desk, Sales Ops, or Commercial Ops in SaaS
• Proficiency with Salesforce and CPQ systems required; Conga experience a plus
• Strong skills in Excel, contract review, and business writing
• Independent thinker with strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Collaborative mindset with ability to work cross-functionally

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance to Sales on deal structuring, pricing, and contract requirements
• Review and process deals in Salesforce and CPQ for accuracy and compliance
• Draft, review, and redline contracts for Cloud Subscription Services
• Identify and escalate commercial, legal, or technical risks with recommendations
• Collaborate with Finance and Legal to verify contract terms and revenue recognition
