Description

You will provide technical support for application development using InterSystems' technology stack, partnering with developers and healthcare organizations to build and support real-world applications. This role involves troubleshooting, performance analysis, and creating training materials while improving customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Knowledge of HTML and JavaScript
• Experience with SQL, data analysis, and database methodologies
• Knowledge of Java or C++
• Experience in software development, QA, or solutions architecture
• BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Provide immediate response to customer inquiries per service standards
• Provide technical support for application development using InterSystems' technology stack
• Advise partners on installation, configuration, development, and operation of InterSystems products
• Troubleshoot and analyze performance issues
• Produce technical documentation and training materials
