📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field or 6+ years experience in customer service.
• Proficiency in English and at least one additional language (Spanish, French, Arabic).
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% regionally and internationally.
