💼 About This Role

You'll serve as the strategy and operations partner to Agent Dev leadership, bringing operational rigor to scale enterprise AI agent deployments. You'll analyze complex datasets and build internal tooling with AI-native tools like Claude Code and Cursor to drive high-leverage decisions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support Agent Dev leadership with strategy and operations.
• Establish operating cadence and track pipeline, deployment, and risks.
• Scale the playbook for enterprise agent deployment and expansion.
• Analyze datasets and translate findings into executive recommendations.

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years in management consulting, investment banking, or strategy and operations.
• Strong analytical rigor with large datasets and executive-ready insights.
• Experience supporting sales or post-sales teams in strategy and operations.
• Comfort with ambiguity and ability to structure complex problems.

✨ Nice to Have

• Technical fluency with AI coding tools like Claude Code or Cursor.
• Previous 0-1 operating experience at a growth stage tech company.
